Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm your booking, a 50% deposit must be made through Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle (cash or check only available upon approved request). Two days prior to pick up, you must pay your remaining balance.

Orders cancelled with more than 1 weeks notice will be given a 100% refund with the exception of any custom pieces that have already been ordered (ex. custom cake toppers, toy figures, etc.). Customers will still be required to pay for any nonrefundable pieces.

Orders cancelled less than a week in advance from pick up date will not receive their deposit back.

No cancellations or refunds can be made with less than 2 days notice. Customers are responsible for paying for 100% of their order.

Refund Policy

Once an order is picked up, no refunds will be given. Customers should carefully follow transportation and storage tips. Melissa is not responsible for any damage that could occur when transporting a product.

Pick Up Policy

Orders must be picked up within their originally decided pick up time range. Customers who do not pick up within their pick up time range will be charged a $20 late fee unless there has been clear communication with Melissa to change the pick up time and this has been approved in advance.
