Wednesday, August 2nd 10:30-11:30 Class

Students will learn to decorate 2 cookies with royal icing and 2 cupcakes with buttercream and fondant. Skills will include outlining, flooding, and wet on wet techniques with royal icing, piping swirls with buttercream icing, and rolling out and making shapes with fondant.  (This class was previously taught fall of 2021).
